Eligibility: This sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States who have valid internet access prior to 10:00:01AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 12/18/02, and are 18 years of age or older as of 12/18/02. Employees of Quick International Courier, affiliates, suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and their immediate family (spouses, parents, children, siblings) and household members of such employees are not eligible to participate or win. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

How To Participate: Between 10:00:01AM ET on 12/18/02 and 4:59:59 PM ET on 3/21/03 ("promotion period"), click on www.quickintl.com or www.qicstat.com, fully complete the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, and click on the "Submit" button to receive one sweepstakes entry. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address. Additional entries received on any of these sites from any person or e-mail address during any day of this sweepstakes will be void. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Conditions of Entry: By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Quick International Courier, which shall be final and binding in all respects. You also consent to the use of your name and/or likeness by Quick International Courier for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Quick International Courier is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late or misdirected entries; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through and/or by www.quickintl.com and/or www.qicstat.com; miscommunication, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, mis-routed or scrambled transmissions; printing errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. Quick International Courier reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Quick International Courier believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices with the exception of entry through the "Quick Trivia Contest" page on www.quickintl.com or www.qicstat.com as set forth above is prohibited.

Winner Selection: Five Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on/about 3/21/03. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email. Inability to contact winners for any reason will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate potential winner. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person. All taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Quick International Courier because of prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

Miscellaneous: This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Entrants hereby agree that Quick International Courier, its consultants, agencies and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind (including but not limited to damage to computer equipment) resulting from participation in this sweepstakes, downloading or the acceptance or uses of any prize awarded. Quick International Courier reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any potential winner. Quick International Courier reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the sweepstakes. Quick International Courier reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Quick International Courier, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes and, if the sweepstakes is terminated or suspended, at its discretion award prizes in a drawing from among all, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such modification, termination or suspension.
